The sixth installment in the Hellraiser franchise brings back Kirsty Cotton (Ashley Laurence) ... but not for long. Right off the bat, Kirsty's husband Trevor (Dean Winters) crashes their car into a river, and Kirsty is trapped inside. Her body is never found, and Trevor falls under suspicion. Worse, Trevor starts suffering from hallucinations and thinks he's losing his mind. And when Pinhead (Doug Bradley) gets involved, all hell breaks loose.
