When magazine editor Nola Devlin (Poppy Montgomery) and her friends form an alliance to shed their extra weight once and for all, they agree to follow the guidance of advice columnist Belinda Apple -- who, unbeknownst to the others, is none other than Nola herself. But as the pounds start to slip away, the group's emotional defenses also start to fall. Gary Harvey helms this Lifetime original film that co-stars Audrey Wasilewski.
