A small New England town is rocked by the disappearance of three women. Facing a permanent layoff and out of ideas, Sheriff Nickie Welles (Elise Rovinsky) hires psychic James Hart (Cuyle Carvin). Det. Sandra Franks (Julie Bell), Welles's lover, slams the idea, decrying Hart as a fraud. As the psychic digs into the case, however, he comes to believe that someone -- perhaps Franks herself -- may be out to frame him for the disappearances.
