When the head of the Play Pals toy company makes an executive decision to bring Good Guys dolls back onto the market, the tortured spirit of Chucky (voiced by Brad Dourif) rises again to seek revenge on the boy who killed him eight years ago -- the now-teenage Andy Barclay (Justin Whalin). But in trying to get close to Andy, who's now attending a military academy, Chucky finds an easier target in a trusting young cadet (Jeremy Sylvers).
