While on vacation, a widower and his kids suffer car trouble near a town that has been menaced by a plague of tiny alien killers. One of them manages to stow away in the family's car, and the critters are soon unleashed in their apartment building. Now the building's residents must find a way to defeat the people-munching fur balls before they completely overrun the town. Kristine Peterson directs, and Leonardo DiCaprio makes his film debut.
