An idyllic honeymoon on a deserted island turns into a waking nightmare when Julianne (Tara Reid) discovers that her new husband (Kip Pardue) is psychotic. Trapped on the island, he has no plans of ever returning to civilization -- or, of course, of letting her go. It's only then that she slowly realizes the literal meaning behind her marriage vow: "Till death do us part."
