Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong make their film debut in this cheeky, cannabis-filled concoction. The movie chronicles the exploits of the two stoners as they travel south of the border seeking the perfect hash stash. Little do they know that narcotics detective Stacy Keach is bird-dogging the twosome ... but his bungling deputies botch the job at every turn. Adding to the merriment are costars Tom Skerritt, Strother Martin and Edie Adams.
