When an ice storm covers the Great Valley, Spike seeks a warmer environment with a traveling family of spike-tail dinosaurs, leading his pals to form a rescue team with help from know-it-all elder Mr. Thicknose (voiced by Robert Guillaume). Along the way, the intrepid young reptiles encounter landslides, blizzards and a ferocious T-rex. The animated series' eighth installment is a family-friendly mix of songs and science.
