Looking for a drummer to play in their low-rent punk band, three handicapped, drugged-out rockers coax high-profile writer Dries (Dries Van Hegen) into joining them -- even though he's never played the drums in his life. But when they hit the road to gear up for a Battle of the Bands competition, Dries exploits the group for his own purposes.
