When it comes to workplace dysfunction, the Slough branch of the nondescript Wernham Hogg Paper Company is as good as it gets. But that doesn't stop office manager David Brent (Ricky Gervais) from believing he's the world's best boss. After all, he's never too busy to grab a pint with his employees (including Lucy Davis, Martin Freeman and Mackenzie Crook) -- or to divulge deeply personal information at the worst possible moments.
