Rap superstars DMX and Nas play two hustlers, Tommy and Sincere, who've been trying to move out of the ghetto and get a taste of the good life. When Tommy learns about a new drug that's making its way into town, he sees their golden opportunity. But Sincere has reservations about the deal and dreams of moving to Africa with his girlfriend (Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins). Music video director Hype Williams makes his big-screen debut.
