This fourth installment of the popular films featuring the magical Volkswagen Bug finds D.J. (Charles Martin Smith) and Pete (Stephan W. Burns) on their way to Brazil to enter their special car in the renowned Grande Premio race. Once there, Herbie, D.J. and Pete become preoccupied with a group of smugglers, are harassed by a hardened pickpocket … and are put in the ring with a raging bull!
