Disney's charmed Volkswagen, Herbie, sets out for Monte Carlo to take part in a big road rally, with Jim Douglas (Dean Jones) back at the wheel. During qualifying, Herbie looks like a favorite, until he's distracted by a stunning blue Lancia named Giselle. Sparks also fly between Jim and the driver of the Giselle, pretty Diane Darcy (Julie Sommars). Will Jim and Herbie be able to concentrate and win the race? Don Knotts co-stars.
