Following the same basic format as the phenomenally popular "Project Runway" but focusing on foodies rather than fashionistas, this Bravo reality series pits 12 of the nation's top aspiring chefs against one another in a series of elimination challenges judged by food industry experts and patrons. Restaurateur Katie Lee Joel -- rocker Billy Joel's wife -- serves as host, and Tom Colicchio is the head judge with San Francisco as the backdrop.
