Ralph Macchio and Noriyuki "Pat" Morita reprise their roles in this popular film series' third chapter. Disregarding the sage counsel of mentor Mr. Miyagi (Morita), Daniel (Macchio) opts to defend his karate title in the All-Valley Championship -- a grudge match set up by archrival John Kreese (Martin Kove). Though Daniel needs more training, the disappointed Miyagi refuses. Daniel could lose everything … including his hard-won principles.
