When he leaves his privileged life as the son of a European despot (Adam West) to attend college in America, young Ratko Volvic (Efren Ramirez) wins friends by partying and throwing cash around like there's no tomorrow. That is, until he meets outspoken co-ed Holly (Katrina Bowden). She confronts Ratko about his autocratic father's abysmal human rights record, causing the libertine to have a change of heart in this comedy.
