When Brian Karter's mother dies he is surprised to learn that he has inherited The Sanctuary, home to her controversial experimental addiction treatment center. During a tour of the building with his friends, they follow a secret passageway underground and come to a terrible realization: Brian's mother built a revolutionary machine that cured people of their addictions but caused those addictions to materialize in the form of children.

Quite a bit of bad acting, and a few places where the script will either leave you laughing or scratching your head - but definitely not recoiling in horror. It was filmed very nicely though, and the atmosphere of the rooms was excellent.
