At a top secret facility on Alaska's the North Shore, one of the darkest secrets of the Cold War remains in storage. During transport a small amount wipes out an entire town in Northern Canada. This material has to be destroyed, sunk into the Marianas Trench on a super tanker filled with concrete. Unfortunately, the ship is damaged during the journey and starts releasing the deadly material - now a special team must board the tanker and sink the ship before it is too late.
