After a night of drunken decadence, self-absorbed fashion model Jennifer (Elisha Cuthbert) awakens to find herself locked in a cellar with fellow prisoner Gary (Daniel Gillies) and under the watchful eye of a voyeuristic captor with a penchant for sadistic mind games.
