The story on this has a Lord of the Rings flavor, but the acting is unfortunately subpar. The special effects are also pretty bad, but that's to be expected from a TV show. Really the only reason to watch this is if you're a fan of Bridget Regan.

Shannon Elizabeth delivers her lines like she's reading off cue cards. The beginning and end are okay, but the middle is extremely slow.

A drama around high school students, steeped in the flavor of a film noir detective flick.

I didn't much from this, considering Vanessa Hudgens is a main character - but it turned out pretty good. Solid story - maybe a bit too much music, but it was expected considering the movie is about high-school rock bands.

I really wanted to give this a higher score, but there is a 30 minute section in the middle where it loses momentum. Regardless, the beginning and end are pretty top notch zombie killing action!

Pretty decent horror film up until the end, where it got pretty weird. Weird actually would have been cool except there was far too much talking. Kelly Hu and Steven Weber were excellent!

Marketed as a comedy, but only managed to have one funny scene that wasn't in the trailer. Disaster.

A good action packed movie, somewhat ruined by a poetic and preachy ending. Not sure why they decided everything needed to end in a pleasant little package.

Catherine Zeta Jones is amazing as usual, and Rob Kerkovich was hilarious. Unfortunately there was no chemistry between CZJ and Justin Bartha. The parts with the best emotional connection were when they weren't together.

Like the director's cut scenes that you didn't get to see in the TV series, compiled into a pseudo movie.

The first half was a comedic look at what the world would be like if people couldn't lie, and the second half was a romance/drama based on the premise of the first half. Almost like two separate short films.

Takes far too long to ramp into the actual story; Cutting about 30 minutes would have made it much better. This includes a few scenes that are gratuitous and don't contribute to the story. Overall the plot wasn't bad and the acting seemed good.

Nothing exciting, but still cute and decent - definitely wouldn't have been as good without Kate Mara - she was perfect for this role. Jeff Bridges was pretty hilarious too.

Interesting plot until half way through the movie - at which point you basically know how everything is going to end. Kind of anti-climactic if the story arc isn't based on action and is obvious 45 minutes ahead of time.
