Even though he's a promising prosecutor, Kang Chul-joong (Kyung-gu Sol) was never cut out for a desk job. That's why, when a series of unsolved crimes begin to pile up in the offive, he joins police at the scene of the crime. The plot thickens when he discovers a link between the mysterious foundation under investigation and a rival former classmate (Jun-ho Jeong). Woo-Suk Kang directs this sequel to his 2002 action hit.
