Tim Burton is a extraordinary director, majority of the movies he directs are impressive. I give this movie 4 out of 5 *'s due to it is not as amazing as his other movies. This movie came from a short film that Tim Burton created, plot is alright.

Cinematographic drivel. Incoherent debauchery masquerading as insightful ideas.

The acting was fine, but the plot took far too long to get where it was going. This could have been a good 30-45 minute short film.

Remade as Point of No Return for American audiences, this classic is far better. The American remake lacks the finesse of the original, and has some plot oddities that don't make sense if you haven't seen the original.

The story lines in the plot were interesting and easy to follow, very well executed. Butler and Newton are great actors and set the mood for this comedic action flick. This is definitely a "Hunk" movie.

Brosnan's accent isn't great, and the voice-overs are horrible - it gives the feel of an audio book rather than a movie. The acting isn't very good either.

I was impressed by how well the director portrayed the life of Ganghis Khan in such a successful cinematic way.

One of very few movies that I personally own and never tire of watching--Audrey is the perfect princess, and the movie is a captivating blend of Roman scenery and perfect chemistry between Hepburn and Peck. Eddie Albert lends superb comic support.

Wasn't sure what to expect from this, the trailer is a bit bipolar. The cast is fine and the acting is okay. I think it's titled Uncertainty because they weren't sure what type of movie to make. It cuts between between two totally different genres.

Even as an adult, one of my all time favorites--sweet, understated, witty and charming.

With a compelling and detailed story, stunning cinematography, and huge battles, Mongol had me captivated from start to finish; leaving me wanting more. Mongol is the first in a trilogy on the life of Genghis Khan, covering the first 30 years.

Aside from all the hype I thought this was actually a well done sci-fi movie. The massive amounts of CGI could be a bit offputting for some people, but I thought they did a good job of avoiding the uncanny valley.
