Strange story that would have been a disaster with anyone except for Jack Nicholson, who is awesome in this role.

Goofy spy movie about mistaken identity. It was a bit slow at the beginning, but acceptably humorous by the end.

Unexpectedly good story, overshadowed by a reputation for gratuitous nudity. Filmed and casted well - Bill Murray seemed slightly out of place, but didn't overplay it.

Campy but hilarious sci-fi classic with a decent cast and story.

Audrey Hepburn makes it easy to forgive flaws. This was a bit on the long side and didn't have much in the way of plot - just following the everyday adventures of two people.

A lower production value James Bond type movie. Odd, but not horrible.

The female version of Our Man Flint - not exactly great cinema, but it passes the time.

Amusing, but only if you watch it as a campy action comedy. If you expect a seriously good action movie you'll be appalled by the Starship Troopers type acting.

Passable, though Christian Slater and Samantha Mathis aren't great, and Bob Gunton spent a lot of time whining like a little girl.

Even though it wasn't a particularly exciting movie it does make you realize how much research and work went into this investigation, especially before search engines and computerized records.

Good until the lost boys section, then it got a little strange. Like The Road Warrior there are parts that are illogical - catching up to a train on a handcart for instance.

Melodramatic and slightly illogical in parts, but better than the original Mad Max. Long self-indulgent action sequences and uncharismatic characters ruin it a little bit. By the end I really didn't care who died.

Supposedly a post-apocalyptic classic, but just comes across as a common cop vs motorcycle gang story. Looks like it could have been filmed in a run-down rural midwestern US town on a small budget, even for 1979.

The acting isn't great, but the story is fairly neat if you enjoy cyberpunk. The CGI is low-quality, but it's good enough to get the point across. This film actually reminds me quite a bit of the video game Deus Ex, both in flavor and theme.

A visually stunning apocalyptic film, but some big lulls without much content. The story itself isn't special and the acting is just okay. A few gripes: armored vehicles broken into with bare hands and haircuts worthy of the lost boys in Hook
