Couldn't watch more than 15 minutes. The sickly sweet "China is the best country ever, and everyone else is a big doo-doo head!" thing got tiring real fast.

Beautiful science-fiction of the sans-aliens variety. Makes me inspired for the future of games and education. Multi-layered and powerful. Somewhat weak ending.

Liked it as a kid, but now notice problems. Ender is somehow never at fault for the things he does. Still, very memorable world, esp. the low-gee sport scenes.

One of the earliest books I have strong memories of. Still not sure how I feel about it, but I keep on thinking about it from time to time. Very metaphorical.

Clever, almost but not quite up to the Buffy standards it's obviously riffing on. Funny enough to watch multiple times. Good characterizations.

The only Carrey movie other than Eternal Sunshine I like. :-) Takes an idea and runs with it quite well. Lots of good moments.

Michel Gondry continues to hit them out of the park. Pulls off dream sequences very interestingly; just like Stephane, you never quite know if it's reality.

Tried a little too hard to be touching, and ended up just touching down. Good imagery, but poor storytelling. Ending left me very annoyed.

Very good movie, even if I still don't quite understand it. Presents mystery well, as something complicated, not just something with no explanation. The geekiness of the characters was portrayed very well; these are not screenlit-face hackers.

Pretty good for Pixar, which means very good in general. Loved the cooking scenes especially; technical stuff is always neat. Great ending.

My favorite Pixar movie. Lots of good twists, and strong visual design. Great jokes, good strong character relationships. Love the cape gag. Has a lot of heart.

Only just average. The "cars are people" gag didn't have enough oomph, and the movie didn't have much else. +1 for the Click & Clack cameo, though.

Adult themes in a kid-movie world, great for both audiences. Far superior to A Bug's Life. The ants live in a world that's depressingly familiar...

Meh, Pixar's weakest film. Drags on and on. Pixar is usually way better about avoiding the overplayed Disney tropes (i.e. princess, pure-evil villain, etc.).

Very good, but not quite as good as Wallace & Gromit. Then again, what is? Anyways, a solid Great Escape parody(-ish) with plenty of memorable lines and gags.
