First film of the Millennium Trilogy. Great example of Swedish cinema which combines modern technology with mystery and suspense. The trilogy is doomed for an American remake already in the works.

Brooke Nevin and Jimmi Simpson are great, but replacing Nicole Steinwedell with Serinda Swan after one episode was a mistake as well as an odd script choice. The cast is slowly getting better each episode.

Fun anime about the drifting street racing scene. The show is very humorous and informative. (They use real car models and talk about the specs.) I do feel though some of the races drag on. You don't have to be a fan of racing to enjoy this show.

Pretty much your standard zombie movie fare, but enjoyable to watch. The filmmaker perspective is interesting. As with most horror movies, it has its fair share of plot holes.

Excellent example of Korean cinema. Park Chan-wook directs this mind-bending revenge driven film. Superior acting and cinematography. A must see for everyone.

Definitely one of my favorite Disney movies, tied with The Brave Little Toaster. I don't think this could have been done any better.

Cabin Fever 2 is not funny, scary or gross instead it is just bad horror and it is inferior in every way to its predecessor. The film is devoid of the original's sarcastic gallows humor and it lacks the stylistic approach to gore that Roth brings.

A wonderful mix of hard sci-fi and character-driven story. Especially loved the way each characters' own values tinted their respective narrations. Maybe just a bit too long on the landscape descriptions.

Foreign with Subtitles. Reminds me of a 20th century Lara Croft. Thoroughly entertaining, but the police scenes were The Pink Panther quality bumbling, and not quite as funny as intended. Hopefully they'll make more in the series.

An adventure game that demonstrates both the best and worst parts of the genre. Loved the story, humor, and music. Disliked the arbitrary puzzles and interface hassles (though mouse-less control is nice). Exceptionally good voice acting.

Good casting, especially Vera Farmiga - she was perfect for that role. The ending could have been a bit more shocking/artistic if they had just cut it off, but it probably wouldn't have played as well with audiences.

Not a huge fan of westerns. That being said, Gunsmoke kind of came as a surprise. I enjoyed it. Lots of old timey violence, old timey prostitution, you name it! If you've never seen the original series, do so. James Arness portrays a cowboy well.

Opening with gratuitous, unrelated harassment of muggles - this film was okay, but felt simple compared to previous titles. A lot of time was spent on love/"growing up" storyline, catering to a teen audience. Like Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, left very open-ended

Cool concept, good cast, decent acting - but the movie was too drawn out, felt a bit lacking on content. The gun fight scene toward the end was unnecessary as well. Excellent ending though.
