A really fun concept, matched by all the amusing special moves the various characters had. But, the actual gameplay was very simple, this game has a short life.

Controlling the copter was a huge amount of fun. Wandering the landscape for 30 min looking for that last freakin' mission objective was not.

Roughly the same game as Desert Strike: controlling the copter is fun, stupid mission objectives are un-fun.

Fun Contra-style game. Lots of fun little level-specific sequences, like the rideable Jeep in the first level. Grappling hook is very entertaining.

Neat style, lots of different challenges and tracks, and one of the first games with a real trick system. Just too bad the racers can't affect each other.

Really liked the overhead SimCity-style parts, the platforming parts weren't quite as strong. Love the concept though; satisfying to defend your town in person.

Fun at first, but only because I could cheat for unlimited stamina. Never got that far into it, because then the repetition level would get way too high.

Fun variation on the series: loads and loads of different ships. Entertaining level design that requires a lot of attention to learn.

Fun, challenging little shooter. The differences between the Forces were fun to explore. Biggest problem was the required level memorization to suceed.

Pure genius. Treasure knows exactly how to design games like this, with no unnecessary details and huge but fair levels of challenge. Catchy music is great too.

Good execution of an interesting concept, covering many different gameplay types. Far less customizable than Spore, but embarrassingly far more fun.

One of the earliest games to really push the two-stick concept. Great co-op mode. Bosses were rather on the cheap side

Fantastic cel-shaed graphical style matched by very stylish city/level design. Loved the increasingly ludicrous police responses to graffiti, and the music.

Disappointing after the amazing Jet Grind Radio. Catches the mood of the original well enough, but much poorer chase mechanics, and much fiddlier objectives.

Interesting frame story as usual for KH, but terribly repetetive gameplay. The card battle system was fun, but not over and over and over...
