Intensely stupid characters; Kiele Sanchez starts as a kick-ass protagonist and transforms into a blubbering fool. The director also squandered the opportunity to add cool and unusual weapons. Not much similar to 30 Days of Night.

A drab horror film full of plot-killing holes. Intelligent vampires that can't follow tracks in the snow, can run as fast as a car but not people, can smell people but can't find them, and boxes of dynamite that can't blow up a person. Decent ending

Quirky, amusing series - though they drag out the angsty girlfriend relationship for too long in the beginning. The cast is pretty good - but Ray Wise is awesome as Satan.

Quite a bit of bad acting, and a few places where the script will either leave you laughing or scratching your head - but definitely not recoiling in horror. It was filmed very nicely though, and the atmosphere of the rooms was excellent.

The film composition was similar to the The Bourne Identity, but not nearly as tight or compelling. The attempt to make it suspenseful or mysterious at the beginning wasn't interesting and could have been avoided. Decent acting all around

Five short films - only one or two that are actually compelling, all of them are very strange. They remind me a bit of the TV show The Hunger, but not as gritty.

Interesting weapons and theme, but the overall delivery felt a bit lackluster. It's good Maggie Q was in the film, without her it would have been much worse. They probably should have explained why he can enter and exit the city with impunity

Not as fanciful or compelling as the previous films, and it's missing something without Keira Knightley. They also gave Blackbeard some lame supernatural talents. Even though the Spanish part sucked, the ending was good/amusing.

Far better visuals and CGI than either of the previous films - a very cool looking movie. There is an odd purgatory sequence, but the humor is back and this film is definitely on par with Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl.

Better CGI than Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, but it has an odd look. The story is slower and it doesn't have quite the humor of the original. Still a decent film though.

A great family oriented movie - no blood but plenty of humor, action, and fun. The cast is perfect and carries the movie wonderfully.

Decent for an indie shakycam thriller. It would have been a bit better if they cut some of the footage from the middle into the beginning instead of going chronologically, as it starts really slow. Solid acting though, had a documentary feel.

A great fantasy series with an excellent cast, cool visuals, and an interesting story line. It really makes you want to read the book series it is derived from as well.

Most of the script sounds like it was written by a 16 year old boy. Natalie Portman brought a tiny amount of balance and humor to the film, but she was only in a third of the movie. Zooey didn't do much at all -a disappointing contrast to Tin Man

Vaguely creepy in parts, but nothing much happens until the last 20 minutes. I wouldn't really consider it a thriller though.
