A decent teen girl cast, but the writing destroys this series with plenty of overwrought high school drama and a seemingly omniscient protagonist. The series finale will probably be disappointing because of this, making the same error as Lost

Michael Douglas delivers a low-key but solid performance in this interesting character piece. The great supporting cast really breathe life and emotion into the story - even Jesse Eisenberg is adequately sedate yet goofy in his role.

There is some humor, but this seemed like one really long SNL skit - not even a spoof of the cop genre. The plot appears to have been cobbled together by a monkey from a trash-bin full of scripts - and garners incredulity rather than laughs.

Carries some of the flavor of King Arthur, though the characters in Centurion felt a bit more shallow except for Olga Kurylenko. This is really more of a Thriller/Drama than an action film - though there are a few sequences with lots of fake blood.

With a little Assault on Precinct 13 flavor and a good cast this action flick is pretty entertaining. It's hard to go wrong with Samuel Jackson as a belligerent SWAT leader.

David Duchovny and Orlando Jones are a great pair and provide plenty of comic moments in this amusing alien flick spoof. The ending is a little blase but overall it ties together nicely in a funny little adventure story.

A cute kids movie mocking the classic super-villain archetypes. The characters are amusing - with henchmen reminiscent of the green alien toys in Toy Story. Miranda Cosgrove's character was really the heart and soul of the movie

An interesting story about the legal wrangling surrounding the Barnes. Probably a bit biased, but still thought provoking about the role of art in our society.

The story was good - unfortunately the acting was not - especially Geena Davis. Still, it ended up being watchable and somewhat entertaining.

Tim McInnerny and Laura Harris are amusing in this smart horror spoof. Full of surprises and comic moments it manages to be better than the majority of serious horror movies.

A well-known cast with a quirky story line and a campy vibe. The CGI is completely dated now, but it doesn't effect the film much. It felt more similar to Spy Kids than legitimate adult sci-fi.

Aside from a couple contemplative scenes that seem out of place this is a decent thriller with a dash of action. The ending is obvious, but the film still manages to be somewhat entertaining.

The overall plot of this thriller is good, but the supernatural sub-plot is unnecessary and an insult to an otherwise good film.

A relatively straight-forward sci-fi thriller. The layers concept confused some people, but it isn't any more complex than The Matrix. The ending was a tiny bit ambiguous, but not a dichotomy that ruins the movie.

A decent thriller that keeps you guessing till the end. Not ground-breakingly exciting, but still a decent flick. I'm not sure if Jeremy Northam was exactly right for the role, but he did a decent job.
