The beginning is terribly made-for-TV, and it is twice as long as it should have been. Additionally, the acting and dialog quality are a bit inconsistent. That aside, there are some great characters and funny moments in this quirky sci-fi adventure.

Foreign, dubbed. The story is simple, reminiscent of a comic book plot, and the character interaction seems contrived. However, unlike normal Hollywood stunts many of the kicks connect, which is refreshing (And these fights comprise much of the film)

Passable acting with an interesting moral premise. Unfortunately the ending didn't live up to full potential, skipping a few of the possible interesting moral dilemmas. Still, if you like reality television this film will provide some entertainment.

Alfred Molina delivered the only truly entertaining performance. While not spectacular this movie was entertaining enough - though Jay Baruchel can be a bit whiny at times. One scene also seemed to belong to story which had been cut from the film.

Fantastic drama/thriller with a bit of action mixed in. Eric Bana was good, but Lynn Cohen really stole the show with her small role. The beginning provides the right balance of action and humor to draw you into this sometimes heavy film

Usually Steven Seagal movies are embarrassingly bad, but with a good supporting cast this flick manages to at least be entertaining and watchable.

Amazingly bad - surprising with this cast. Filmed well, but the quality/realism of the plot and dialog make it feel like a Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 cut-scene. The "did they really just say that" moments provide most of the laughs in this attempted comedy

It has a good fantasy feel, though it gets a bit slow in the middle. The evil villain plot seems a bit silly and out of place at times. The characters are great though, and there is a good bit of romantic comedy between Richard Coyle and Claire Foy.

A decent thriller - nothing ground-breaking but it manages to keep the story interesting - though the twist at the end is rather obvious. More enjoyable than The Da Vinci Code, and aside from the antimatter it is more realistic as well.

While melodramatic, it does carry the feel of the original Predator much better than Predator 2 did. However, it doesn't even attempt to have a plot - and lacks the comradery found in the original film.

A solid concept - aliens versus primitive humans in a post-apocalyptic world. The execution is terribly boring though, with horrible acting to top it off.

Enjoyable with an indie feel. The pacing is a bit odd, but it all worked together fairly well. There were some funny moments, and the cast was good.

The acting and plot are fine, but the pacing of the film is extremely slow. You could probably cut out half the movie and still tell the same story well.

Decent concept and execution, but the ending - while okay - felt hurried and not up to the full potential of the imagination they could have expressed in this film.

Foreign, dubbed with English. The description is misleading - there isn't much revenge or discovery of secrets - most of the film just consisted of torture. The production values were fine, and the point of the movie was not revealed until the end.
