Felt low budget but it has a great cast, good dialog and camera work. Not an action movie, more of a suspense/comedy. One big plot hole - how to get the money in the end. Aside from that it was a fun film.

Corny, but amusing - I wish Andy Griffith had played his part as less of an old man - like the first few minutes. His sections of the movie are more cringe-worthy than funny. Luckily Paul Campbell plays his role well, which mostly makes up for it.

Not a bad story, and overall somewhat amusing - reminds me a bit of The Office in an educational setting.

Kevin Pollak is pretty funny as a devil's advocate, but the rest of this movie is just a sappy teen romance/moral tale. Bedazzled is a much more entertaining 'deal with the devil' choice.

Foreign with subtitles. This isn't a colorful or abstract movie, as some Asian films are - it's very direct and brutal. War, suffering, and lots of gray - not a happy movie and not particularly enjoyable to watch. It is fairly well done though

Best superhero film I've seen, surpassing even The Dark Knight. Robert Downey Jr. is hilarious, and Gwyneth Paltrow is great as well. The whole cast fits perfectly, and the plot is pretty good too.

So bad it felt like a horror spoof. Surprising considering the large amount of recognizable actors on the cast, but they managed to use every single cliche and horror gimmick all rolled into one film.

This movie was a strange mix and most of the action appeared in the trailer. Hit-Girl scenes were awesome, but the rest was like a low-key teen superhero wannabe wet dream. Definitely not a young kids movie - most of the action is ultra-violent.

A fun classic. The musical parts don't thrill me (except for the oompa loompa songs which are awesome) but they don't seem out of place either. The boat tunnel scene is very strange though, and doesn't fit with the rest of the film.

Nothing bad about the acting or plot, but this supposed comedy seemed really creepy. Felt like a twilight-zone version of Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory. Also in Willy Wonka all the candy was cool, and in this movie most of the toys are just silly jokes

Foreign with subtitles. A slow but convincing drama about a cam girl and her tattoo artist, and their history as children. It manages to smoothly tie in family members, as well as keeping the tattoo theme alive and interesting.

This remake succeeded in keeping the flavor of the original Assault on Precinct 13 while fixing the plot flaws. It has a great cast and a nice thriller pace with some violent streaks to liven things up a bit. Not spetacular, but a solid film.

A classic, unfortunately felt contrived, almost as if part of the story was missing. The second half of the movie wasn't bad though. I definitely prefer the remake Assault on Precinct 13 over this original.

James Purefoy managed to turn a potentially interesting story into a B movie with his growling tough guy attitude; it was completely disingenuous. The feel of the film reminded me a bit of Van Helsing.

A few high action scenes, but not an action packed movie. The comic book overtones in the beginning seemed out of place. The story lost direction a few times leaving the plot feeling disjointed - more like several vignettes than a cohesive movie.
